More about Debbie

I moved to Forsyth County in 1998 from Miami, Florida with my husband and 3 children.  In 2007, I decided to go to school to get my Real Estate license.  Little did I know, we were heading into some of the hardest years for the real estate market in our nation's history.  The market was tough from 2008-2011, but now I feel we have that behind us.  Real Estate in Forsyth County and the surrounding areas has rebounded. And rebounded with a bang.  Values are back at almost pre-down turn values.

In the last 3 years, I have sold approx. $15 million in Real Estate.  These have been both Buyer and Seller transactions, with prices anywhere between $150,000-$650,000.    I have my ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and continue to learn more about the ever changing real estate industry.  I feel I always put my client's needs first and try to deliver the best service possible.  I am part of the National Association of Realtors and also, a member of the 400 North Board of Realtors.

I also have been involved with the Forsyth County School system, as either a parent volunteer, PTA President or LSC member.
